Welcome to CreatorFlow. By accessing our website (gocreatorflow.com) and utilizing our B2B affiliate management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

CreatorFlow provides software tools to manage, track, and optimize TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns. You must be at least 18 years old and register an account with a valid business email to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Billing: All billing and subscription processing are handled securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
  • Free Trials: No credit card is required upfront for a 7-day trial. Automatic billing applies only after explicit plan purchase.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard billing settings. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Not the right fit? Reach out within your first billing cycle and we'll make it right.

3. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

CreatorFlow is an independent software tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries.

Our platform relies on public data metrics. If TikTok modifies its interface, API guidelines, or access rules, CreatorFlow reserves the right to adapt, limit, or modify features accordingly to ensure platform stability.

4. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATORFLOW OR ITS FOUNDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CREATORFLOW FOR THE SERVICE IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in systemic platform abuse, or use the tool for malicious spam operations.
